Our Fishmas santa hats are designed with an stretch to suit most ages and head sizes, from toddlers to big-headed grandads. Made of soft comfy cotton, they should fit on the noggin' of anyone who already wears our Fish Lids, Kids Lids or Big Lids. Please note, they will be slightly oversized on small heads and stretched to the max on big heads.

Our Fishmas santa hats are made from a light cotton weave that allows them to fit most heads. From toddlers to big headed grandads , we wanted them to grow with your family

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Whitsundays, QLD within 1-2 business days (excluding sale periods). Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. See full shipping policy here.

Returns

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags still on, unworn and unused.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pallionpoint.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note: we are unable to offer exchanges and do not cover the additional shipping cost of a return. If in returning a product, your remaining order items total less than the free shipping offer, there will be a $9 restock fee deducted from your refund. 

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if the item you receive is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you received (see return instructions above), and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase with your store credit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Pallion Point’s Fishmas Hats are made from 100% cotton, so they’re soft, comfy and easy to care for. We designed these to be well-loved, pulled out every December and hopefully become part of your family’s Christmas tradition for many years to come.

To keep yours looking fresh for Fishmas after Fishmas:

  • Keep your hat stored somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight between wears. Leaving it somewhere hot or sunny (like the dash of the car) may cause the cotton to fade or shrink over time
  • If your Fishmas hat joins you for a salty Christmas swim, give it a rinse in fresh water afterwards and allow it to dry completely in the shade before storing.
  • If it needs cleaning, always wash in cold water with a mild detergent or gentle soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach and excess rubbing - gently does it.
  • After washing, gently reshape your hat while damp and leave it to air dry in the shade. Avoid the tumble dryer, as heat may cause the cotton to shrink.

That’s exactly why we made them from 100% lightweight cotton. Unlike the furry polyester Santa hats most of us grew up with, ours are breathable, lightweight and designed for Christmas in the middle of summer - backyard cricket, seafood lunch and a mango daiquiri by the pool.

We’ve tried them on children as young as 2 years old and designed the flexible fit so the whole family can get involved. They’ll sit a little oversized on smaller heads and stretch comfortably on larger ones - from little kids through to big-headed grandads.
