Christmas looks a little different down here...

Our favourite time of the year arrives in the middle of summer - doors open, bare feet, eskies full. The table is covered in seafood, the drinks are buried in ice, and somebody is already arguing over the rules of backyard cricket.

At Pallion Point we call it Fishmas: a celebration of Christmas as we know it in Australia. Sun-soaked, seafood-heavy and unmistakably Australian.

A very Australian Christmas ornament...

It started with a simple idea: Australian Christmas trees need less snow globes, candy canes and reindeers... and they need more prawns. 

So we made the Prawnament.

Hand-felted from 100% wool, packed by the bucket, and designed to make Australia's Christmas trees look a little more... Australian. Then the internet found them, 10 million people watched our launched video, the first run was snapped up by prawn-lovers all over the world, and we were sold out. 

This year, we've gone all in. Way more prawns, an upgraded bucket, and even a proper photoshoot to showcase Prawnaments in all their glory. We can't guarantee they won't go viral in Mexico again, so this year we've made a waitlist and suggest you pop your name down to reduce your chances of prawn-induced Christmas tears.
