Shipping policy

G'day! All orders are shipped from our Whitsunday warehouse (postcode 4800) within 1-2 business days — unless it’s a sale period or public holiday, when things can take a touch longer. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order’s on its way.

We ship with Australia Post. You can check estimated delivery timeframes using Australia Post’s delivery calculator. Just pop in 4800 as the “From” location.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $80 AUD during normal operations. (Occasionally this threshold may change during sales or specific campaigns — we’ll always make it clear when that happens.)

Delivery:
All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave. Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times and tracking updates are managed by them.
If your order goes astray or you have questions about delivery, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number for the fastest help.

International Shipping:
We ship to a few select countries outside Australia (shipping calculated at checkout).
Unfortunately, we’re not currently shipping to the USA — sorry, mates.
