The Pilbara Daytripper Tote was made for beach days, travel days, holidays and work days... the kind of bag you end up using far more than you expect. Made from sturdy recycled cotton, it’s soft to carry but tough enough to handle a good adventure.

Designed to fit all your beach essentials, without the bulk of a big bag. The wide top opening makes it easy to throw in a towel, hat, book and drink bottle, while still staying small enough for a comfy everyday carry. 

The soft wide handles ensure no digging in when worn over-the-shoulder, and are the perfect length to avoid dragging on the ground when carried by your side. The zipped interior pocket keeps your keys, wallet and phone safely tucked away from sand and salt.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Whitsundays, QLD within 1-2 business days (excluding sale periods). Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. See full shipping policy here.

Returns

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags still on, unworn and unused.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pallionpoint.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note: we are unable to offer exchanges and do not cover the additional shipping cost of a return. If in returning a product, your remaining order items total less than the free shipping offer, there will be a $9 restock fee deducted from your refund. 

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if the item you receive is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you received (see return instructions above), and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase with your store credit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Hand wash only. No bleach, no tumble dry, no dry cleaning. Store it somewhere shady and let it air dry, no sunbathing required.

Our Daytripper Tote is made from recycled cotton, giving it a soft, natural feel while still being durable enough for everyday use.

Yes - this tote is designed for outdoor use, especially the beach. It’s not waterproof, but it handles everyday use in the sun and sand without issue. We recommend giving it a freshwater rinse and air drying in the shade after exposure to salt water.

It has a soft, unlined structure, so it will naturally relax and shape to how you use it. Unlike rigid or structured bags, it's easy to pack bulky towels, bottles, hats, books and other non-flat items.

The zipped interior pocket is a generous 14cm x 18cm, so it is able to fit most phones, wallets and keys. We love to pack our sunscreen, sunglasses and snacks in the pocket, away from sand and salt.

For a simple beach setup, or a quick afternoon swim, yes. It’s a great size for one person or a light day out. If you’re carrying multiple towels, food, or bulky gear, you might want something larger - but for most days, this size works well to carry the essentials without weighing you down.

Our Daytripper Totes are available in two classic colours; the Pilbara (red bag + cream straps) and the Pacific (navy bag + blue straps).
