Snorkies - Fish Toys

Three Snorkies included inside a gift-ready box: Coral Trout, Mahi Mahi and Kingfish.

Exclusive to Pallion Point. Designed in Australia, made by our mates in China.

Composition: Snorkies are made of a wool blend (60% wool, 40% polyester) with a polyester fill.

Sizing: may vary slightly between bundles and designs.

Our Snorkies are independently tested and pass all Australian/New Zealand toy safety standards for all ages - including:

Physical & mechanical safety (no small parts or hazards) - AS/NZS ISO 8124.1

Flammability (meets soft-toy requirements) - AS/NZS ISO 8124.2

Heavy metals & chemical safety (no detectable harmful elements) - AS/NZS ISO 8124.3

Snorkies are suitable for all ages (0+). We always recommend that young children are supervised when playing with Snorkies, as with any toy.

All orders are shipped from Whitsundays, QLD within 1-2 business days (excluding sale periods). Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. See full shipping policy here.

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags still on, unworn and unused.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pallionpoint.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note: we are unable to offer exchanges and do not cover the additional shipping cost of a return. If in returning a product, your remaining order items total less than the free shipping offer, there will be a $9 restock fee deducted from your refund. 

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if the item you receive is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you received (see return instructions above), and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase with your store credit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If you need to clean your Snorkies, follow the below guidelines:

• Spot clean only - dab gently with a clean damp cloth (no rubbing) to lift stains
• Rinse & blot - use a second clean damp cloth to rinse the area, then blot with a dry cloth to dry
• Air dry flat - let your Snorkie dry naturally, away from heat or sunlight.

Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
