Each prawn ornament is approximately 12cm x 7cm (+ 8cm string loop). Sizing may vary slightly due to being individually handmade.

These are not toys. Please ensure that any children are supervised when decorating. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Whitsundays, QLD within 1-2 business days (excluding sale periods). Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. See full shipping policy here.

Returns

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags still on, unworn and unused.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pallionpoint.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note: we are unable to offer exchanges and do not cover the additional shipping cost of a return. If in returning a product, your remaining order items total less than the free shipping offer, there will be a $9 restock fee deducted from your refund. 

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if the item you receive is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you received (see return instructions above), and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase with your store credit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Our 100% wool ornaments are handmade, please be delicate and handle with care. They are designed to be hung, admired and placed back in their bucket for next year. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use - we suggest popping a moisture-absorbing sachet into the bucket to prevent dampness.

If you need to clean your wool ornament, follow the below guidelines:

• Spot clean only - dab gently with a clean damp cloth (no rubbing) to lift stains
• Rinse & blot - use a second clean damp cloth to rinse the area, then blot with a dry cloth to dry
• Air dry flat - let your ornament dry naturally, away from heat or sunlight.
